Every year Open Stage holds its own performance awards event that enables all dance, drama and vocal students from our main performing arts school to share their skills.

As an in-house competition with independent judges it provides an opportunity for students to experience taking part in a competition, whilst also being supported by classmates, teachers and family members. It also gives families a chance to experience what skills their child has been working on during their weekly training.

Participants are marked on their own individual performance on the day by the independent judging panel. The first and second highest scoring students in each category are awarded with medals. The participant with the highest overall score across all age groups is also presented with a trophy for the category.
