ADULT DANCE AND FITNESS
ADULT BALLET FITNESS
Great fitness class for adults.
With participants aged from 20 to 80 this class is suitable for all, from complete beginners to ex-dancers looking for a refresher.
There are no tutus or leotards, normal exercise wear is fine.
It's a great way to strengthen your core and improve your balance.
Feel fit, enjoy the friendly atmosphere and get involved!

ADULT TAP
Open Stage currently offers two tap classes for adults.
You will be learning tap steps and routines to a wide variety of music from across the genres, from Broadway to pop. It's a fun way to get fitter! We can also provide tap shoes in many sizes.

TAI CHI
Come and enjoy a tai chi session led by our experienced, accredited instructor and followed by a hot/cold drink and the chance to have a chat and socialise at the end of the session.
