ADULT TAP

Open Stage currently offers two tap classes for adults.
You will be learning tap steps and routines to a wide variety of music from across the genres, from Broadway to pop. It's a fun way to get fitter! We can also provide tap shoes in many sizes.

Tap classes for beginners, improvers and those of an advanced level take place on Monday evenings and Thursday mornings. Check our booking site for the most recent course dates.
TAI CHI

Doris's classes are perfect for those who are improvers in Tai Chi. Her classes cover the three aspects of Tai Chi:

Waking The Body-a gentle warm up

Tai Chi Moves and Forms-improving balance and control of the movement
-
QiGong Exercises-focusing on breathing and muscle relaxation.
Each class also ends with a cup of tea and a natter.
