• Studios: Three large studios with Harlequin flooring, plus a dedicated specialist ballet studio with barres.

• Music Rooms: Multiple practice and teaching spaces for individual or group music sessions.

• Work & Social Spaces: Office spaces, a welcoming café, and a licensed bar (available upon request).

• Practical Amenities: Separate male and female toilets, a spacious secure garden, and various storage rooms housing theatrical wardrobe, props, and stage sets.

• Accessibility: Three separate entrances, an on-site car park, and a bus stop right outside the venue.
