Improve your leaps, turns and pirouettes this Easter

DANCE ACCELERATE is the name for a series of special dance masterclasses giving participants the opportunity to improve their skills with dance experts, including working on their pirouettes, leaps, turns and more. It’s also a chance for students to have a taster of dance disciplines that maybe they haven’t tried before. All participants will receive a certificate of attendance. DANCE ACCELERATE is taking place during the Easter holidays, with a dedicated day for each age group. It's open to both current students and non-members of Open Stage.

The deadline to enter this year's performance awards is noon on Friday 15th March. This is the fifth year that the performance awards have taken place and this year we are very excited to be moving to a new venue for the event - the Thomas Becket Theatre (Thomas Becket School). We find that children always enjoy taking part in the awards. It also gives family members the chance to see what students are studying in class. We have independent guest judges and its always a positive and fun day for everyone involved. There are three categories - vocal, drama and dance. Find out everything you need to know including how to enter here.
